Returns and Exchanges

Goods may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the purchase date. We may only exchange or offer a refund for goods that have been unused.


Online purchases must be returned at the purchaser's expense unless the goods have been identified by us as faulty. Refunds do not include freight charges (free shipping items included). Once the returned goods are received back to head office and checked, the refund will then be transferred over to the purchaser.


Exchanges may be done with any item that is the same value as the original purchased piece.
